About Rubeana, I have been a licensed stylist for over 25 years! Born and raised in Buffalo, I have been doing hair for family and friends from a very young age! I love the creativity that I'm able to showcase with my hair designs. My mission is to see a smile on each and every client upon seeing the finished product! There are some exceptions that are at the discretion of myself! ***Braiding hair is not included unless the client has given me a 72 hour notice in order for me to purchase the hair. I do not keep braiding hair on site as to keep my working space manageable, presentable and pleasing to the eyes of my clients. ***When being serviced... Please do not bring any guests with you. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
